TRAVEL INFORMATION

GETTING AROUND INDIANAPOLIS
Indianapolis is effortless to get to and get around once you've arrived.  Its central location
makes it an easy and affordable convention and trade show destination.  Once here,
navigating the city is a breeze, with shoes as the preferred mode of transportation in the
convention district.  Skywalks link many downtown hotels to the Indiana Convention
Center and more than 200 downtown restaurants put delicious dining options just steps
away.  There is no need to rent a car unless you are not staying at one of the official

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Carey Indiana provides reasonable transportation from the Indianapolis International
Airport to all COATING hotels in downtown Indianapolis.  The cost is $12 one-way for a
shared shuttle.  Visit www.careyindiana.com to make reservations. 

Indianapolis  also offers public bus transportation to/from the airport and downtown
called IndyGo Green Line Downtown/Airport Express.  The cost is $7 per trip. 
Times:  5AM - 9AM and Noon - 9PM - every 15 minutes; 9AM - Noon - every 20 minutes

PARKING
There are a number of parking options available near the Indiana Convention Center. 
Also, all official COATING hotels are within walking distance of the Indiana Convention

WHAT TO WEAR
Fall is very comfortable in Indianapolis.  Temperatures can be expected to be in the
upper 60s. We recommend business casual for the conference and exhibition.  Be sure
to bring a jacket for cooler evenings.
